* PM with strong experience in Maintenance and Support Projects
* Good knowledge of Application Maintenance and Support methodology, experience of transition of projects
* Good knowledge of Maintenance Processes, KPIs/Metrics and SLAs for Maintenance Projects
* Good experience in Billing projects using C, Unix, PL/SQL and good to have Kenan Arbor/Geneva/Amdocs/any other Billing Product
* Good understanding of Billing domain in Telecom/ Cable Billing/ Aviation industry
* Good to have Pre Sales experience for Proposals
