Job description for Tech Lead position in Core Technology
Position Purpose:
Designing and Delivering Frameworks, Tools , infrastructure components and Standards cutting across multiple silos
Responsibilities:+
ï ¶ Technically strong in Core java and Advanced Java concepts like Multithreading, TCP/ IP Sockets, RMI, JMS, JDBC, Oracle, Unix/Solaris
ï ¶ Capable of working in next generation server technologies and tools
ï ¶ Good design skills and problem solving capabilities and Good exposure to System Architecture
ï ¶ Capable delivering projects end to end with a team size of 4 to 5 people or as a independent contributor if need be
ï ¶ Experience in product development with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is an added advantage
Experience and Qualification Required:
ï ¶ 8+ yrs experience in Java. At least 2 + years of experience as a lead or as a architect
ï ¶ Good coordination skills across silo teams
ï ¶ Excellent Communication Skills
