JOB DESCRIPTION
10 years+ experience of which 5 years+ needs to be in Java, Spring and Hibernate
Working experience in Unix / Linux environments
Understanding of and exposure to service orientated architectures (SOA).
Strong understanding and hands on experience of technical architecture, high level design, low level design and database design with proven coding skills, along with proven ability to perform technical analysis, design and POC.
Lead development of solutions on an end to end basis, and perform code reviews as per industry standards, while being responsible for meeting all design & code delivery timelines without any compromise on the quality. Open and flexible to learn new technologies,
Java Certification is highly preferred.
Knowledge and demonstrated experience in implementing performance tuning techniques.
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and with a high degree of quality.
Strong team skills, with ability to multitask with minimal supervision and high reliability.
Primary skills: MVC J2EE Development Framework involving JSP, Servlets, STRUTS and EJB, Reporting tools - Jasper & log4j, Java Design patterns, Core Java, Ajax, Spring, Hibernate framework.
