RESPONSIBILITIES
* Mentor internal software engineers.
* Work with off-shore development teams and external contractors to scope, design and test networked game features.
* Perform design and code reviews on J2EE software components.
* Deliver feature enhancements to existing multiplayer servers to support the launch of connected games on websites and social networks.
DESIRED
* 8+yrs experience in J2SE and J2EE development teams with a track record of delivering robust and scalable n-tier server architectures.
* Core development experience in Web services with JBoss as Application server
* 2 to 3+ years experience in architecting large-scale distributed systems on J2SE/J2EE, using Hibernate, spring and Ant.
* Exposure to Oracle and MySQL databases is a BIG plus.
* Exposure to distributed Caching solutions is a BIG plus.
* Exceptional analytical and creative problem solving skills; solution oriented individual.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Bachelor"s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
