Position: Individual Contributor Role
Responsibilities:
- Perform high quality software analysis, design, development, testing and maintenance for the client"s core technology platform
- Be able to self-organize and work effectively within a small team with minimal supervision
- Bring a broad skill set utilizing disparate technologies and best practices to the team
- Be highly adaptable and able to quickly ramp-up on emerging technologies, industry practices and processes

Job Requirements
- Strong & extensive exposure to Java programming and Web Development
- Strong exposure to following
- JSP/Servlet
- Struts
- Hibernate
- Deep understanding of and experience applying advanced object-oriented design and development principles
- Good understanding of java coding and Design standards and best practices widely followed in the industry
- Experience in working on Web based projects of large scale
- Should have been involved in creating high-level design and low-level design
- Experience developing web applications on popular MVC frameworks like Spring, Struts, JSF
- Good working knowledge on EJB (Stateless, Stateful and MDB)
- Should have used Maven/Ant for automating build process
- Exposure to PL SQL / SQL and Unix platform
- Continuous integration experience a definite plus
- Should have participated code and design reviews
- Should be proficient in writing Unit Test cases using JUnit etc.
- Basic knowledge on OO and J2EE design patterns
- Good working knowledge on application security
- Strong debugging and problem resolution skills
- Knowledge about online payments and related domains is a plus
