 Job Description:

·         Improve the operational systems & processes in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning

·         Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence

·         Tracking and reporting of key performance indicators

·         Communications in the form of newsletters, info blasts and other distributions

·         Reconciling monthly activity, generating year-end reports, and fulfilling all team, program related requirements.

·         Suggest initiatives in the team, program that contribute to long-term operational excellence.

·         Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team

 

           Qualifications / Expectations

 

 

·         Degree from a respected establishment of higher education

·         Advanced skills in Ms Word, Outlook, Excel & Access.

·         Solid mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills.

·         Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.

·         Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver.

·         Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.

·         Background and work experience in Business Analysis

·         Exposure to technical support – especially with Norton products will be an added advantage

·         Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written 

·         Knowledge of and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices is a plus

·         Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style. 

·         A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace

·         Excels at operating in an fast pace, community environment

·         Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization

·         Ability to look at situations from several points of view

·         Persuasive with details and facts 

 

 

Experience: Experience working in an English speaking contact centre
