The skills we are looking from Technical Solution Architects are as follows:
- Should have at least 5-6 years of experience in architecting solutions
- Should able to provide solution or architect the solution for a given situation/project
- Strong experience in technology Java/J2ee
- This person should able suggest or validate the solutions designed as part of RFIs or RFP responses
- His technical knowledge should help us winning new accounts or new project designs
