Total Experience = 6 - 7 years
Education = B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MSc
Job Location = Kalkaji

Key Requirement=
• 4+ experience in the software industry, on multiple platforms, with recently in a role of an Team Lead / Lead Developer.
• Strong experience in product / application development, and has been through full lifecycle development of multiple products/applications.
• Hard core programming experience throughout the career. Should be able to guide developers in solving technical issues.
•Good problem solving skills and can easily translate requirements to optimal designs and implementations
• Experienced with leading small to medium sized teams. Strong people and inter-personal skills.
• Good client interfacing skills and experience.
Technical Expertise=
1. Expertise in J2EE based Enterprise class application development, on J2EE appservers like Weblogic/WebSphere/JBoss. Good understanding of the EJB, Servlet and the JSP.
2. Exposure to MVC architecture. Understanding of high end technologies like Hibernate and Spring will be added advantage.
3. Experience with databases like Oracle/SQL, design methodologies like UML/Visio/Rational etc.
4.FPA(Functional Point Analysis)/WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) â€" Project Estimation experience would be an added plus.
