Experience:8+ years experience in domain of air, ocean freight forwarding(6+ years if possessing MBA degree from a reputed university with Consistent academic records)
Added advantage: 3+ years experience in using freight forwarding products/software as user or through implementation.
Skills Required: Work Experience as Customer Service representative in freight forwarding firm advising customers on the shipment track & trace queries.
3+ years work experience in implementing or operating a software product for the tracking operations.
Good knowledge on Shipment Workflows & milestones in track & trace.
Excellent Verbal & Written communication skill, Good presentation skill, Analytical ability, Good team player and with a steep learning curve.
Software: Good skill in MS office productivity tools like Excel, PowerPoint, word, Outlook.

ï †Manage a team of 4-6 Functional Consultants
ï †Train Customers (internal & external) on software product features and work-arounds.
ï †Study & document the customer business processes and operational scenarios.
ï †Analyze Customer requirements and write functional specifications ensuring user- friendly, optimized product performance, ease of development and maintenance.
ï †Negotiate with global customer / team on the requirements scope and timelines as required.
ï †Analyze Rood cause and Support customer issues within the Service Level Agreement Standards.
ï †Scan and provide inputs to continuously upgrade the product to meet industry standards & changes in customer business environment.
Meet and exceed the customer satisfaction levels as per organizational goals.
