Skill/Experience Required:
-Very Strong Java / J2EE skills
-Average knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL
-Hibernate is preferred - however experience on any other ORM would also suffice
-Experience in dealing with large scale, enterprise grade solution
-Experience in Architecture
-Ability to handle Non Functional Requirement (NFR) is the key such as Transaction Throughput, Performance, Availability , Maintainability
-Knowledgeable and highly experienced in Struts, Spring and Hibernate(any other ORM)
-Strong Architecture and Design Fundamentals
-Should be able to lead a team of 20 from technical aspets, lead and mentor them.
