Job Description:
Functional Team Lead â€" Senior Business Analysts / Consultants
•Work on implementation and support assignments in the Healthcare domain, there will also be opportunities for consulting assignments from time to time
•Solution consulting vis-à -vis customer specific requirements and best practices in the industry
•Work closely with the corresponding customer Business Process Owner(s) to guide the team members through the requirement analysis phase
•Providing status updates and conducting any functional design workshops, finalize the fit/gap analysis and the solution design document ensuring harmonization of processes
•In time delivery, adherence to quality norms, getting client acceptance for solution design and other deliverables
•Develops detailed work plans in consultation with client’s Project Manager for the functional deliverables
•Co-ordinates the activities of project team ensuring that all the work is undertaken in accordance with the agreed plan
•Responsible for and ensures on-time completion of client’s team deliverables
•Is the single point of contact between the client key users and client’s for functional team activities

•Responsible for drafting the To-Be process designs and other solution documents for delivery to customer and for the product teams
•Review and refine process designs with the process owners assigned by the customer
•Organize and facilitate CRP sessions with help of functional track leads and key champions assigned by the customer
•Distribute session notes, To-Be process designs and incorporate feedback, work with process owner to develop gap resolution options and supporting documentation
•Identify action items and estimates to close gaps in co-ordination with technical teams
•Providing functional inputs for technical components and participate in testing the custom components

Job Description:
•Development of the required custom components on VB, Java, asp.net on databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL, My SQL, DB2
•Preparation of high level and low level technical design documents based on the functional design documents received from the business analysts for customization
•Prepare unit test cases and perform unit testing, prepare integration test cases
•Perform peer review of the custom components, assist the teams in defect analysis and bug fixing
•Perform integration testing before delivering the custom components to the business team and customer for acceptance
•The Technical Team Member will be responsible for assisting the Technical Lead in developing and compiling the data conversion, interfaces, physical environment and instance
