Design
- Technically strong on design patterns
Contribution
- The individual will adhere to architecture and design the framework for developing applications.
- Strong on Design Patterns
- Strong on requirements mapping to the technical components. Need to convert the requirements to proper technical components
- Hands-on experience with J2EE Frameworks (SPRING, Hibernate, Struts/JSF)
- Hands-on experience with designing & developing applications on j2EE technologies
- Good Proficiency in J2EE tools (any design modeling tools, maven, ant, JUnit, any code coverage tools, Configuration tools)
- Contribution to Org best practices, reusable components
Reviews
- Ability to perform Design/Code reviews
- As part of the reviews the individual will check if the application meets the guidelines and best practices defined by the customer/J2EE standards.
Softskills
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
Requirements
- Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree
- 6-8 years of development including full life cycle activities in J2EE space
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
Individual should possess excellent communication skills and must be comfortable with aggressive project timelines and a rapidly changing environment and be adept at multitasking.
