--- 7 to 14 years of experience in software programming
--- Experience in Core Java, J2ee , Database & Web services
--- Mandatory - Domain Experience in Fix Protocol / Instruments/Fixed Incomes/Capital Markets/Securities/etc
--- Experience in any of the skills- Spring/Hibernate/Swing/Struts/Multi Threading/etc
--- Sound hands-on experience on complete software development life cycle.

--- Experience in Design tools is desired
--- Very good communication & presentation skills
