Must have architected Java enterprise web applications.
Should have very strong skills in Core Java, OOPS.
Must have designed and developed multi threaded applications.
Must have worked in J2EE (JSP, Servlets), JDBC, Spring Framework(Core, MVC, etc.), ORM framework (e.g. Hibernate), Windows, Linux Good experience in Java Web Application Frameworks Possess strong Should have good analytical and Problem Solving skills.
Must have done Designing in prior projects and must be able to analyze, design and develop based upon the requirements
Must have strong experience and understanding Design Patterns
Should have good Communication skills and must have interest in exploring open source / emerging technologies and should be able to propose solutions to the Client.
Should be Self Directed and Self Managed individual & must have team leading experience.
Must have worked in Development based projects (No Production Support, Maintenance projects) Experience in using at least one of the following databases: Postgres, Oracle, IBM DB2 Passion to do coding, designing, etc. Prior experience in ICEfaces, JSF, AJAX, RIA technologies, Liferay Portal, Agile Methodology (Scrum Process) is an added advantage.
