We are looking for Java Technical Architect for US Based Product Based Company.
Job Description:
*9 - 15 years of experience in Java / J2EE & Hand on Technical
*Minimum 5+ years of direct experience as Architect.
*Experience in Java / J2EE Architect is a must
*Must have worked in Product Development companies
*Must have experience working on Product Road Maps.
*Experience in Large System development enterprise applications for large organizations
*Should have worked extensively in R & D activity. Exploring and experimenting with new tools / technologies in developing solutions.
*Experience in Product development is a big plus
*Translate business requirements into architectural solutions and guide designers and developers in the implementation phase
*Be able to implement distributed applications in Java
*Be able to quickly develop prototypes for any given architectural solution
*Experience in implementing various design patterns where appropriate
*Have experience working and designing systems using Application Development, web services, databases.
*Experience working in Data Warehousing Domain ( Added Advantage )
*Should have excellent communication skills both Verbal and Written
*Experience in leading large group meetings/information gathering sessions with senior-level executives.
*Should have very strong leadership skills in terms of leading and guiding strong technical teams
*Should be able to explain / direct the teams to follow the guidelines presented
*Provide support for complex projects by taking a central role in solution lifecycle and incorporating best practices for architectural design
*Ensure technical integrity of all software and system development from conceptualization and design to development and unit testing, deployment and maintenance.
