- Have deep understanding of technologies and should be a go to person for any technical and/or architectural challenges.
- Should have defined engineering best practices and influenced the team to follow the same in earlier job.
- Architected and delivered various enterprise grade / high scale platforms & solutions. App Server & Middleware Skills
- Produce system design documents and lead technical walkthroughs
- Experience with UML
- Experience in implementing good coding standards.
