* Demonstrate deep technical/domain expertise in multiple areas.
* Responsible for client interactions and negotiations in terms of scope and timelines.
* Responsible for managing day-to-day work assignments within the team and ensure efficient work delivery with high quality.
* Contribute individually to deliver personal value in terms of risk identification and mitigation and quality analysis (QA).
* Setup appropriate processes and capture various metrics to demonstrate continuous improvements.
* Good client management skills (on-site and offshore).
* Develop multiple proposals and request for proposal (RFP) responses.
* Good presentation skills and team management skills.
* Excellent Communications skills (written and oral) and good interpersonal skills.
The key skills required are as follows:
* Personal eminence - White paper/Technical article/Domain expertise
* Project management experience on project/product development and maintenance
* Manage teams on-site as well as offshore
* PMP certification - PLUS
* Six sigma/any other relevant qualifications
* Manage multiple engagements simultaneously
