Job Description :
 Act as Scrum Master/ Agile project manager/ Agile coach for multiple Scrum/agile teams with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work.
 Closely track iteration progress across Scrum teams and resolve blocking issues as necessary.
 Contribute to Roadmap planning, project scheduling and release management.
 Help business and IT teams in creating relevant documentation including business cases, requirements/ functional specs, project schedules, communications plans, etc.
 Introduce new ideas and processes which improve performance and productivity.
 Develop metrics to measure and help improve team effectiveness.
 Facilitate cross-team coordination by impediment removal.
 Provide coaching and mentoring for various cross functional teams
 Flexible to take on any task to help the team.
