For Development Manager
We are looking for a hands-on development manager to build and manage the core server team.
The detailed responsibilities include:
· Build a strong team by hiring and retaining talented engineers;
· Help the team to develop knowledge and expertise in core server components;
· Work with product manager/customers to gather feature requirements;
· Work with PM, development, QA and other teams to plan each release;
· Deliver the planned features on schedule with good quality
The ideal candidate must possess:
·Bachelors Degree in Computer Science with at least 2 years of management experience
· Overall experience of 10-12 years including 8+ years of solid understanding of server infrastructure/architecture in Java environment in a product development company
· Strong software analysis/design/programming skills
· Interested in hands-on development in Java server-side components on part-time basis
· Good verbal and written communications skills
· Strong inter-personal skills. Preferably with prior people management responsibilities although not strictly required
· Strong work ethics and a good team player
