Qualification: B.E in CS/ECE/IT
* Responsible area: Responsible for a Technical Implementations in Projects
Areas of responsibility
* Projects in Calibration Domain (Eng. Tools / Application Software development for Calibration Domain and Verification & Validation Services) for Bosch Group Companies and External Customers
* Requirement analysis
* Technical Proposal incl. estimation
* DAR, ATAM or other design/tech. decision techniques
* Design and Architecture using Object Oriented techniques, UML2
* End to end technical responsibility - Requirements to Deployment
* Business responsibility
* Support Pre-sales and Delivery in new acquisitions via Proto Typing and Proposals
* Operative
* Define Project Architecture and ensure compliance during implementation
* Investigate Alternate and Newer technologies wherever applicable
* Review and Mentor Developers within the Project Team
* People
o Associate competence development and engagement within Project team
o Energize and motivate associates within the Project on Technology front
* Interfaces and influencing
o Engage and influence counterparts at Customer end on upcoming Technology
o Ensure right solutions are provided for the customer requirements
* Required Skills
o Engineering background (ECE/CS/IT/EEE)
o Experience in
o Java/J2EE - JMS, EJB 3, OSGi, Spring, Eclipse plug-in development.
o Web Services, Messaging Security, SOA, JAX-WS, JAXB, XML, XSD, LDAP
o Persistence/ORM and Database Experience with Hibernate
o IDEs (Eclipse), Version Control, Continuous Integration (Hudson) and Testing (JUnit)
o Usage of SCM tools like SVN
o Good Analytical, Problem solving, Communication and Interpersonal skills are a must
* Preferred Skills
o International exposure (USA, Europe) with Foreign language skills would be an added advantage
