Position description -
Software Engineer - Architect- Development
(Note - Designation will be as per company norms).
- Java programming experience
- Experience working with plug-ins in Eclipse
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (evaluating requirements, sizing requirements, design, code, unit testing, maintenance)
- Familiarity with a variety of platforms (Linux, Windows)
- Strong communication & problem solving skills
- Familiarity with processes to include open source software.
- Person should have hands-on experience of coding the current projects and should have desire to continue as a hands-on technical person.
Good to have skills (not mandatory) -
Working knowledge of Linux & Windows OS. Well versed with unit testing tools like Junit, Jmock and practices TDD. Familiar with continuous integration tools like Jenkins/Hudson etc. Exposure to Automation frameworks. Cloud/ Virtualizaiton domain experience is an added plus. Person should have experience of designing and architecting enterprise grade solutions based on Component oriented architecture. Person should have exposure to working in a globally distributed environment. Person should be capable of driving architecture, design, reviews and coding.
Experience - 6 to 12 years.
Work location - Hyderabad.
Interview location - Chennai and Hyderabad.
Mode - Full time / Permanent.
