Domain - Custody or Fund Accounting or Transfer Agency domain or Capital Market(Middle office & Back Office).

Required Skills:
*Java 1.4 or later, - J2EE, JSP & Servlet, EJB, Design Patterns, Web sphere / App Server, MQ / JMS, SQL / DB2, UNIX Shell , Perl, Struts/Spring, ORM FW (OJB/Hibernate), unit / Testing , Ant / Maven, Advance Java Script
*Sound knowledge on Custody, Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency domain (at least 2.5 yrs)
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Should be able to handle client facing role requiring close client interaction and status reporting
*Should be able to lead/mentor the team
*Should possess good team management skills.
Technical Skills:
*At least 4 yrs hands on
* Java 1.4 or later, - J2EE, JSP & Servlet, EJB, Design Patterns, Web sphere / App Server, MQ / JMS, SQL / DB2, UNIX Shell Perl, Struts/Spring, ORM FW (OJB/Hibernate), unit / Testing , Ant / Maven, Advance Java Script
*Should be proficient in code optimization and performance tuning
*Should have rich experience on application development / maintenance of complex enterprise applications
*Perform software troubleshooting and monitoring functions
