Role:
To provide technical direction and guidance to the team of talented engineers in developing high traffic web site. A successful candidate will have experience in architecting, designing, developing high-traffic scalable distributed web applications. S/he will be interfacing with business and technology leaders across the company to deliver projects in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for maintaining/enhancing one or more sub-systems
Architect, design, develop, deploy and debug large scale web applications
Investigate evaluate and recommend processes, tools & new technologies
Recruit, Mentor & Coach team members on troubleshooting complex issues
Manage the day-to-day activities of the team in Agile/Scrum environment
Handling Application server clustering, scalability and Performance tuning
Required Skills:
Strong creativity and excellent communication skills.
Mandatory Skill set : Java,J2EE, Oracle/MySQL
Additional Skills : Spring, XML, JavaScript & Ajax
Expertise in TDD, Agile methodologies is a definite plus
