POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education : BE/B.Tech. or MCA [60% and above in 10th, 12th, Graduation, PG].
Experience : 8-12 years" experience --- PROJECT LEAD
POSITION SUMMARY
Mission: To provide technical direction and guidance to the team of talented engineers in developing high traffic web site. A successful candidate will have experience in architecting, designing, developing high-traffic scalable distributed web applications. S/he will be interfacing with business and technology leaders across the company to deliver projects in a fast paced environment.
Duties:
1. Overall responsibility for maintaining/enhancing one or more sub-systems
2. Architect, design, develop, deploy and debug large scale web applications
3. Investigate evaluate and recommend processes, tools & new technologies
4. Recruit, Mentor & Coach team members on troubleshooting complex issues
5. Manage the day-to-day activities of the team in Agile/Scrum environment
6. Handling Application server clustering, scalability and Performance tuning
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Strong creativity and excellent communication skills.
2. Mandatory Skill set : Java,J2EE, Oracle/MySQL
3. Additional Skills : Spring, XML, JavaScript & Ajax
4. Expertise in the following is a definite plus:
- TDD, Agile methodologies
