Experience: 7 - 10 Years
Designation : Senior Technical Specialist
Mandatory Skills:
Good overview of PLM concepts and landscape
Agile PLM(9.2.2.4 onwards) PC, PG&C, PPM modules
Java & J2EE skills
Agile Admin module
SAP knowledge added advantage.
Version control and release management.
Key Areas of Responsibility :
Responsibilities:
* Agile PLM tool implementation and support experience, independent & proactive analyst and is willing to learn and aims for customer satisfaction.
* Implementing Changes and new feature , customizing and configuring Agile PLM Product
Collaboration module 9.2.2.4 & above
* Providing suitable solutions to the end user (doing the analyses, aligning with all involved people, testing solution, getting approval from customer to bring solution live, etc)
* Documenting the analyses and solution
* Communication to helpdesk/user
* Incident & Problem Management
Soft Skills:
o Problem solving and analysis
