Manager ( sharepoint)
Experience : 8 yrs to 12 yrs
Location : Hyderabad , Chandigarh
Responsibilities:
1. To architect and manage all aspects of development of software applications in .NET with Microsoft SharePoint model
2. Managing and mentoring a team of highly capable engineers
3. To co-ordinate and communicate with global product management, program
management, QA, technical support and sales teams at various stages of product development
4 Responsible for product upgrades, new releases, support escalations etc. as a part of post-production engineering
5. Learning and applying best development practices.
6 To be a part of overall hiring process for Winshuttle"s engineering team
7. Developing, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with other functional
teams
8. Mentoring of junior staff members, developing and presenting group training
sessions
Required Skills:
1. BE/B.Tech/MCA/Equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
2. 8 to 12 years of demonstrated experience and successful track record in
architecting, designing and developing enterprise applications using Microsoft
technologies
3. Strong programming background in C#, ASP.NET, VC++, COM/DCOM and
other Microsoft technologies
4. Must have 2 to 3 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint (WSS and MOSS) custom development
5. Must have a firm understanding of the following concepts and technologies:
.NET 1.1, 2.0 and 3.5
C# programming
SharePoint Object Model and SharePoint Services
SharePoint custom workflow development using Visual Studio
Hosted SharePoint
Web Services
.NET Remoting
.NET Security Model
COM, ActiveX and COM Interop
Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
Object oriented programming
Experience of managing small to medium size teams of architects and/or
developers
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Software
Development Methodology
Experience of development practices like code reviews, code coverage, memory profiling etc.
Experience with Object Oriented Analysis and Design Patterns
Excellent management, planning, and organizational skills

Desired Skills:
1. Experience in Microsoft Office Application development including VSTO, OBA
