Skill Specification:
1. Should have hands on experience in Core Java, JDK and Collection Libraries
2. Work with BA and understand all functional & technical requirements of the project.
3. Come out with solution & technical design for the requirements.
4. Prepare technical design documents and other technical documents required.
5. Exposure to corporate banking or BFSI domain would be nice
6. Understand the current clients" direct framework in a short time.
7. Explain & train team members on the framework.
8. Responsible to fill in and do coding if required.
9. Responsible to work breakdown and estimation of work.
10. Responsible for scheduling work to team members.
11. Responsible for Tracking schedule & work.
12. Responsible for Implement project quality process and track quality goals / standards.
13. Responsible for Interact with multiple team, onsite members & customer for resolving issues without delay.
14. Responsible for ensure the work in tough timelines.
15. Good Communication and sound analytic skills with an eye for detail.
16. Should have experience in leading teams and working in projects were multiple teams are present.
17. Exhibit excellent technical skills to the customer.
