Core Java, Multithreading, Design Patterns, EJB 3.0, Struts, MDB, JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, XML, MAXDB.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Design, plan and implement IT solutions for a Platform Core Java technical environment
· Lead mid-level planning exercises with developers/engineers
· Anticipate issues and risks at the module level and escalate appropriately
· Project Manage scope, time and quality throughout the project life-cycle
· Facilitate and drive workshops and client meetings in order to help to translate business requirements into system design
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
· Strong, hands-on experience with Core Java technology development:
· Experience in JDBC, Java 5. expertise on J2ee framework-Spring or Hibernate
· Experience with performance tuning Java-based applications desirable
· Experience with message processing/streaming desirable
· Proficient in UML, OOAD, Multithreading
· Experience with JPROBE or JPROFILER, JUNIT a plus
· Database programming skills in Oracle a plus
· Experience with JMX a plus
· End-to-end experience in software development lifecycle and familiar with agile methodologies
· Experience in a consultancy or similar client-facing environment
· Project leadership skills for managing a track of work and defining a comprehensive solution leading toward a common vision
