| | Design of complete combination and rerouting of Aspiration and Extinguishing lines around the Nacelle. Complete the proposed single combined Aspiration/Extinguishing Nozzle design. Open and modify Nacelle Interfaces as required to incorporate single Nozzle design. Isolate Aspiration unit during extinguish event Capture finished designs in ProE database. Revise or create Assembly drawings sufficient for Aspiration/Extinguish component installation in Nacelle. Produce Purchasing documentation (TPS, TSS) for new: Combined Aspiration/Extinguishing Nozzle design. Mechanical hardware: brackets, sheet metal, etc. Electrical cables. Produce supporting TS and PS documentation in support of Gate 4 deliverables. Updates to existing BOM structure (InforXA) shall be originated in Chennai. |
