Ideal candidates would possess 8+ years of experience on JavaEE applications. Candidate can expect to play the role of a Technical Lead. Candidate with the right aptitude can be considered even if he/she has not worked in few of mandatory Technologies. The job requires providing technical support and guide/mentor development teams. Evaluate tools, construct PoC's independently and take responsibility for technical solutions
Qualification
Bachelor or Master’s degree (Preferred â€" BE / MCA)
Mandatory
· Enterprise Architecture Skills: Modeling, Building block design, Applications and role design, Systems integration, etc.
· Technical IT Skills: Software engineering, Security, Data interchange, Data management, etc.
· Java, Web Programming skills, Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Debugging skills
· Hands on and proven technical skills in JSF, Spring, Hibernate, Open Source frameworks
· Exposure to JBoss, Weblogic, and Websphere
· Proven working knowledge of Design Patterns, Design Tools is mandatory
Preferred
· Good communication & analytical skills and Ability to lead / guide developers
· Must be a self learner & able to understand complex systems without any training
· Dedicated and responsible individual with a strong commitment to the assigned task
· Database skills preferably on Oracle, MSSQL
· Capable of discussing with clients to understand requirements and create PoC’s
· Flexible with working hours and willingness to support in Development and production support projects
