Job Location : Chennai
Role: Working closely with project managers, Architects in NL/US, to deliver completed and fully tested changes to business. Whilst leading the team the role may also involves liaison with Business Users, Business Analyst and Developers who will be responsible for definition and documentation of detailed Functional and Non-Functional requirements and to provide significant input to the future design of systems.
Scope of Role:
• This role is of a Tech Lead responsible for Overall Project delivery from technical standpoint.
• May have to participate in requirement analysis phase to understand the requirements.
• Will map business requirements with technical architecture and will ensure that architecture aligns with other parts of the business components.
• Will create High & Level low design documents.
• Will set best practices and guidelines for development.
• Will be responsible for setting up dev environment ( whenever required)
Essential:
Minimum of 8 years experience in system development involving Java Technologies and other Frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, Tomcat, WebSphere 5/7, Struts, IBM HTTP Server, UNIX.
• Must be conversant with J2EE technologies (EJB, JMS, Webservices, JSP, Servlets) and Internet technologies e.g. HTML, Javascript, Ajax.
• Experience in MQ
• Good experience in Oracle Database.
