We are looking for Java Tech Architect to be a part of our growing team at our India Development Centre - Hyderabad

JOB DESCRIPTION
Experience: 10+ years
Technologies: J2EE, WebSphere, DB2, Spring Framework
Desired: As400/I-series, DB2 or SQL server or Oracle
Other Mandatory Skills:
•Exceptionally good communication and leadership skills
•Understands the design patterns and can propose alternate or effective solutions to the customer,propose solution architechture
•Good in effort estimations
•Ability to manage team size of 10-15 resources
•Ability to manage multiple projects,good project management skills
•Proven experience working in offshore/onshore model
•Process oriented. Should have understanding of metrics based project tracking
•Having an understanding of SDLC phases.
•Should have good communication and presentation skills.
