Posting Job Title : Web Application Developer
Experience: 6-9 years
External Job Description :
The candidate must have worked extensively on the presentation layer and have strong knowledge of front-end web application development.
Overall Responsibilities:
• Own the implementation of significant portions of one or more browser based applications.
• Analyze and understand key user interaction flows and develop components / features.
• Work closely with User Experience designers, Server/middle-ware developers, QA/build and other teams through the whole life cycle of the product.
• Make sure that all paths through the application(s) are consistent with proper, user friendly error/warning messages and closure.
Qualification and Experience:
• 6+ years of experience in the field of web application development of which at least 3+ years using modern Web 2.0 technologies.
• Solid expertise in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON and Web 2.0 frameworks like Dojo among others.
• Strong understanding of Web Services (REST) & XML related technologies.
• Well versed with the whole product life cycle including experience in accurate work estimation.
• Must be motivated and positive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A four year computer related B.E / B.S degree required. M.E / M Tech / MS desired.
