Required Experience: 3 to 8 Years of experience
• Comprehensive Sales, Service and Marketing CRM
• Award Winning Analytics and a Pre-Built Data Warehouse : offering enabling real-time and historic reporting specifically for Capital Market
• Industry-specific functionality: Get value sooner with solutions tailored for your industry.
• Integration with Bloomberg for Portfolio ( Shares and stocks, debentures, dividend, Bonds) Update (depended on Bloomberg web services)
• Instant collaboration: Leverage instant-message-like features to improve team effectiveness on contacts, accounts, opportunities
• Embedded contact center: Get agents up and running anywhere they have access to an Internet connection and a phone
• Prebuilt integration to Oracle back-office applications: ensuring your customer data is consistent and accurate
• Customer Facing Portal with Portfolio Updates, Messages, notifications and Account Statements with feedback option (depended on Bloomberg web services)
