Currently we are looking for Java,J2ee - Lead
1- Java Lead
• 7-9 years of experience in the field of software development
• healthcare industry experience preferred
• Understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle
• Extensive knowledge of J2EE technologies (JSP, Servlets, JDBC), including Java web-based applications
• Experience with Swing.
• Extensive knowledge in Spring WebFlow, Hibernate and JSF
• Knowledge of XML technologies, SQL and Oracle Databases
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience with Agile methodologies - - OPTIONAL
• Unit testing experience with JUnit
• Experience with Websphere or Weblogic preferred
• Experience with the following development tools/libraries: Ant, Log4J, CVS, SVN and Maven
• Experience with relational database design and modeling
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Experience in customer interaction
• Excellent team management skiils
• Good presentation skills
• Knowledge of industry best practices
