Position : TechLead/Sr.Tech Lead
Desired Profile:
6 + years of Experience in IT industry of which 2+ years as J2EE design
Should have experience leading teams and in client interaction
Experience building highly scalable Enterprise Systems involving Java/J2EE (EJB, Struts, Hibernate, Spring , JMS) and other framework
Should have good exposure to Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) using Java
Experience with BPM, EAI or ESB â€" A major plus Good exposure to open-source tools and technologies.
Experience with AJAX, Javascript, HTML, DHTML and other front-end programming â€" MandatoryShould be able to work with minimal direction
Self Starter with good communication skills
