Job Description
Location of Posting: Hyderabad
Educational Qualification: BE / ME / B.Tech / MCA
Experience Level: 7 to 10 years
Job Requirements / Technical Skills Required
[Include languages, OS, Platform, Domain skills required]
•Should have 7+ yrs of experience in J2EE
•Responsible for J2EE solution architecture, implementation, unit testing and quality assurance
•Knowledge in SOA & Web Services
•Excellent knowledge in JUnit, J2EE unit testing
•Highly skilled in Java2.0, EJB2.0, JSP1.1, Struts2.0, JAAS, JDBC2.0, RMI, JMS, Java Beans, Servlets2.1, XML(SAX and DOM), J2EE Design Patterns. Design and development of J2EE projects.
•Knowledge of database concepts and design
•Knowledge of ANT script and deployment procedure
•Well versed with Localization APIs
•Good Knowledge in Eclipse 3.2 , JBuilder, NetBeans and overall excellent debugging skills
•Experience in writing design and API documents
•Very good knowledge of Java and J2EE design patterns
•Proficient in the use of Java and J2EE with application servers like BEA Weblogic, Apache Tomcat, JBoss, IBM Websphere, Sun ONE App Server.
•Thorough knowledge of Object Oriented concepts and implementation of UML with Rational Rose
•Sun certified J2EE architect will be an added advantage
•Excellent oral & written communication skills
Role & Responsibilities
•Architect - Responsible for development, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex project module.
•Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance and support to the team
•Work with management and provide inputs for planning, risk management etc from a technical view point.
•Works on problems of complex scope, through extensive usage of standard concepts & principles.
•Expected to continue to build upon domain knowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise, while adapting standard principles to new or changed conditions in day to day work.
•Responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring junior members in the team to help them scale up faster.
