Position: Team Lead
Years of Experience: 7+ years
Location: Chennai
Desired Skills:
* Strong experience in J2EE development, Core Java, OOAD, UML
* Experience into spring and hibernate
* Experience in using Rational Tool sets like Rational Software Architect
* Must have experience in all SDLC stages like Design, Coding, Testing and production implementation
* Competence in industry standard methods, frameworks preferably RUP
* Team leadership
* Good understanding of Retail Banking, Financial services
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for taking end-to-end ownership of delivery of projects.
* Work closely with the business team to understand requirements, scope definition.
* Reviewing technical specifications, impact analysis
* Reviewing technical design by understanding the detailed technical specification and impacted applications.
* Project plans and delivery schedule
* Risk and mitigation strategy
* Goals and objectives for team members
* Defining delivery milestone(s), checkpoints in conjunction with Project Manager, other stakeholders
* Delivery milestone measurement and delivery reporting
* People Management
- Performance appraisals
- Conflict resolutions

- Vendor management
