We have a requirement for Technical Project Manager Proffs with one of our product based client @ Hyderabad...
Qualifications ::
• 8+ years of IT experience
• 2+ years of Management experience
• Hands-on in Java/J2EE technologies
• Strong understanding on Implementation of Java / J2ee design patterns.
• Experience with full lifecycle development projects, OO/SOA, Agile Methodologies
• Should have strong exposure to business rules implementations and strong insurance industry vertical exposure.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Must have 8+ years of work experience
• Excellent skills in Core Java, J2EE, Middleware, Databases, Webservices, SOAP
• Significant architecture and design experience
• Prolific Java coding skills and experience in laying out core foundation/frameworks of products/projects on an on-going basis
• Strong technical background in Java, OOP/OOD, distributed systems and effective program / project management experience is required.
• Hands on in J2EE Technologies and Design Patterns.
• Should have worked on Designing (LLD or HLD).
• The ideal candidate is an experienced, independent, highly technical leader with a proven track record of architecting, designing, implementing, delivering and supporting large-scale software services, managing customer facing operational functions, and leading technical teams.
• Formal project management training or certification is preferred.
• Experience in directly working with partners and customers during requirements, architecture, design, testing, deployment and support phases
• Should have good technical experience with product development on Core Java
• Hands on with any databases with strong understanding of Database design and Architecture.
• Extensive understanding of design (Using Design Patterns, OOAD, UML methodologies) and Architecture inter dependencies.
• Understanding of various development process (Agile process, PDLC)
• Past experience of leading a team technically is highly desirable
• Must have strong analytical skills, innovative, self motivated and flexible in learning new technologies and accepting technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
