EXPERIENCE, CHARACTERISTICS & KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:

Engineering Manager

Overall engineering delivery experience of 10+ years in a product development setting/process matured IT organization following distributed development
Exposure to newer development methodologies like Agile scrum
Excellent communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Collaboration skills
BE/B.Tech/MCA at a minimum with Project management training and real world PM exposure in a software development setting
Experience leading a team of at least 15 resources; Capability to mentor the teams (technical, process and behavioral)
Excellent technical skills – OOAD, C++, RDBMS, UNIX. Should have done design and coding in an Object oriented programming language for at least 3 years
Candidates who have appeared for an interview in last 6 months are not eligible.
