> Job Responsibilities: The Technical Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing system-level support of multi-user operating systems hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, customization & maintenance and support of Oracle-Agile PLM application. The responsibility of this position is to be a part of the solutions management team, work with business and technical managers and help solution development, implement and customize business application functions to improve business process and productivity. The position requires knowledge of systems analysis and good understanding of the business process as it is carried out in the business application(s).

> In the support role, this position helps maintain the business application by working within the defined support structures, monitor application status and help resolve application and interface issues to completion. It is the responsibility of this position to interact with business users, understand the application errors, and work with the application configuration and development team to arrive at satisfactory resolution of the issue.
>
> Relevant Experience Required: • 6-7 years experience as a business or technical systems analyst role. Minimum of 5 years of industry related experience in Systems Analysis, and implementation.
>
> • Must have Java/J2EE, Oracle Agile SDK development SDLC experience
> • Must have excellent analytical skills and experience working with business applications in an environment that includes Oracle application server, Oracle Database 10g, SUN Solaris and Unix platform, Apache Tomcat.
> • Must have administration background in Agile PLM Product Collaboration and Product Governance & Compliance. Additional experience in Product Quality, Product Cost, and Product Portfolio Management would be a plus.
> • Excellent communications skills(verbal, written )
>
> • Knowledge of PLM industry best practices related to Oracle Agile 9.2.X and experience in Agile 9.X PLM implementation.
>
> • Expertise with ACP tool usage, Upgrade experience.
> • Experience with other PLM system such as Windchill, SAP PLM is plus
> • Experience with PLM to ERP Integration would be benefit
> • Experience in SOA Architecture 10.1.3.1 would be a benefit.
