Job Profile
As a Tech Lead/Architect in the Financial Services Consulting practice, you will be responsible for managing operational improvement projects as well as large implementation projects. • Experience in preparing consulting proposals, contracts, staffing estimates, etc.
• Demonstrate ability to develop a client relationship with your current client and extend that relationship into other areas.
• The candidate should bring industry knowledge of the BPM market, sales leadership process modeling and architecture to our industry and functional IT teams.
• Industry market knowledge of leading BPM vendors (IBM, Pega, Lombardi, Metastorm, Tibco, etc.).
• Ability to articulate strengths and weknesses of each product while providing customer guidance on the implementation of BPM inside a business setting.
