Requirement Job Code --  10009QG Job Title : Mainframe Production Control Analyst Duties : Monitoring, fixing, escalating mainframe batch jobs related issues, processing ad-hoc request, handling customer request, Incident and Problem management, Change and Configuration management Skills required : JCL / ISP / SDSF / TSO / OPC (Intermediate / Expert) / Ticketing tool (any) / Code promotion (any tool knowledge) / Good verbal & written communication Job Title : Mainframe Console Operator Duties : Monitoring, fixing, escalating console messages, handling the CICS / IMS / DB2 related errors / escalating them to respective groups, Perform IPL,  load changing, Incident and Problem management, Change and Configuration management Skills required : Good OS concepts, sub-systems, CICS / IMS / DB2 / MQ basics, excellent mainframe knowledge, JCL / TSO / ISPF / SDSF / VSAM / VTAM, Good verbal and written communication skills.
