Specs: Core Java, Spring framework, JSF-Richfaces,SunRI,MyFaces, ORM - Hibernate , JPA, Ibatis, Design tools - RSA, RAD, Design Patterns
Notes:
Essential 1) Should have around 10+ years of experience in IT industry of which at least 2+ years as PM 2) Should have experience in managing a large development project (20 member team) in Java/JEE 4) Should have experience on all project management activities including planning, tracking, risk management etc. 5) Should be technically competent and knowledgeable in JEE, JSF,Spring, Hibernate, design patterns etc. 6) Should be efficient in using MS project 7) Should have experience and knowledge of quality processes in line with CMMI/CMM/ISO 8) Strong communication and customer management skills required Desirable 9) PMP/Prince2 certification/ Experience with Agile/Scrum based Project management
