Education : M.E / MTech / MS / B.E / BTech / MCA / MSc (Computer Science)
Data Architect (Job Code : 10007IH )
· 7+ years of relevant DWH & BI experience (at least 2+ years in Data Architect and Modeller Role)
· 3+ years of recent experience with Erwin Data Modeling Tools
· Experience in:
o Relational data modeling covering conceptual, logical and physical data models, dimensional data models, Data Dictionary and Metadata
o Developing large scale IT applications and data architecture work products and deliverables throughout development life cycle
o Strong background in data architecture design of applications using RDBMS, such as DB2 UDB and SQL Server
o Proficient in Modelling tools e.g. ErWin etc and well versed with Reverse, Forward Engineering etc
o Developing information requirements and taking a project from conceptualization to implementation
· Maintain, govern and enforce data architecture-related standards
· Participate in selection of tools, software, and upgrades
· Provide guidance and direction to analysts, technical leads and developers for analysis, design, development and testing
· Must have solid SQL skills and be able to perform data analysis
· Knowledge on DW/BI tools will be an added advantage.
· Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and leadership skills with the ability to quickly build credibility, influence and make recommendations to all levels
