Strong in Object Oriented concepts, Design patterns GOF and J2EE
Hands on Test Driven Development,Java best practices
Strong experaince with Spring(IOC)/Hibernante(ORM)/Struts(MVC)/AJAX frameworks or equivalent frameworks
Strong in PL/SQL/DB Design/ORM Mapping
Conversant with Agile methodology, Iteration process
Good to have exposure with JBOSS/Oracle
