· Hands on development experience in JBI.
· Strong knowledge of Data Structures
· Strong knowledge of UML and design tools like Rose.
· Good knowledge of xml and xslt transformation
· Good in-depth understanding and practical use of design patterns
· Good understanding of Threading Models and Synchronization
· Good problem solving capability, ability to identify and propose solutions
· Strong Architectural understanding of previous projects
· Ability to compare, contrast and evaluate approaches/algorithms
· Knowledge on High Availability/Scalability solutions
· Designing for high throughput/performance solutions
· Strong experience in Agile Methodologies
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong affinity to standards
· Strong development process knowledge.
