Skills specification:
1) Should have hands on experience in Java and J2ee
2) Should be hands on in core Java
3) Should be more strong in spring framework (MANDATE)
4) Should have hands on experience in HLD/LLD/Design Patterns
5) Experience in Webservices would be nice
6) Experience in database design would be nice
7) Should have outstanding Experience in Developing Distributed Java Applications
8) Should have hands on experience in SDLC
9) Should have Ability to understand business processes & mine projects onsite, coupled with sound technical knowledge.
10) Should have an excellent client interaction background with Smart, Innovative, Enthusiastic, Proactive
11) Should be hands on in Team management
