The requirement details are as follows:
1. Exp: 6-15 years
2. Role /Designation: Technical Leads/Technical Project managers/Architects/ Senior Specialists
3. Mandatory skills:
For core java requirement:
a) Strong exp in core java and multithreading
b) Hands on experience in hibernate is must
c) Experience in JMS technology is must.
d) Should be able to write SQL Queries and Stored Procedures. Preferred Databases are SQL Server / HSQL
For web based project requirement:
a) Strong exp in spring, Hibernate, Struts
b) Strong exp in web-services and design patterns
C) Should have extensively worked on databases, preferably SQL
d) Should be strong in core java
e) Handled Architecture/Design (for architect level)
4. Desired Skills: Finance domain experience would be an added advantage
5.Job location :Pune
6.Job profile : At all experience range ,the profile will be purely technical .At senior levels ,there will be people and project management involved ,but it will be 10-20% of the profile and rest will be technical.
