2. Atleast 2.5 years experience with spring and hibernate framework.
3. Working Experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate. OOAD/UML necessary
4. Has an successful track record of successfully managing business deliverables
5. Has Experience in Agile-Scrum
6. Handles customers efficiently (Clear communication and technology knowledge)
7. Provides direction and support to other members of the team
8. Drives intra/inter team communication/coordination
10. Planning, prioritizing, scheduling, tracking, reporting and supporting field calls effectively
11. Flexibility and willingness to work on any technology and platform.
